How do I report a member?

To report a member via other user’s profile:

1. In the main Haloed feed screen, locate any video of the member you wish to report. 
2. Tap Options of the member’s video. 
3. Tap View user’s profile.
4. Tap Options beside the member’s name. 
5. Tap Report user.
6. Select the reason for reporting that best describes the violation or select Other and give more details.
7. Select Report.

To report a member via the chat:

1. From the main Haloed feed screen, tap Chats .
2. Select chat conversation with the member you wish to report.
3. Tap Options at the top right corner of the chat screen. 
4. Select Report user. 
5. Select the reason for reporting.
6. Select Report.
