How do I enable AI Candidate Analysis for my job postings?

To use AI Candidate Analysis, follow these steps:

When Posting a New Job:

  1. Under the Jobs tab of the company page, tap Post a job.
  2. After entering the job details, enable the AI Candidate Analysis by switching on the toggle button. This allows the AI to analyze candidates as they apply.

When Editing an Existing Job:

  1. Under the Jobs tab of the company page, tap the Options [icon] button of the job post.
  2. Tap Edit.
  3. Locate the AI Candidate Analysis toggle and enable it to start analyzing applicants. This will enable the analysis for all the candidates in the job.

Reviewing Candidates:

Once candidates start applying, you’ll see the AI Candidate Analysis section in each candidate’s video application. This section will provide an overall match score and a detailed breakdown of the candidate’s fit for the role.
