How do I mute chat notifications?

There are two ways to mute chat notifications. You can choose to mute notifications for a single conversation only or for all private messages.

To mute notifications for a single conversation:

1. From the Haloed feed page, tap Chats .
2. Tap the desired chat.
3. Tap Options at the top right hand corner of the chat screen.
4. Tap Mute notifications.
5. To unmute notifications, tap Options of chat with muted notifications and tap Unmute notifications.

To mute notifications for all private messages:

1. From the Haloed feed page, tap Profile .
2. Go to Settings .
3. Select Notifications.
4. Tap Private messages toggle button to turn all push notifications for private messages off.
