How do I report an issue or a bug within the app?

To report an issue:

1. In your Profile Haloed professional networking member account icon , go to Settings Haloed professional networking settings icon .

2. Tap Support.

3. Tap Report a problem.

4. A new email draft will be opened automatically on your phone. Please tell us more about the issue in as much detail as possible and how to reproduce it. You can also attach a screenshot of the issue. Then, send the email to our support.
