Please check that you have volume on in your device.

On Haloed app for iPhone, check also that you have enabled the video sounds from the Mute Haloed professional networking mute icon / Unmute Haloed professional networking unmute icon button on the right bottom corner of the video.

If you still can’t hear the audio, make sure you have the latest version of the Haloed app downloaded from the App Store.
